Move, feel, discover

Every class is a new beginning. In my contemporary classes, we explore movement as a way of listening to and expressing through the body. Rather than focusing on copying shapes or perfecting steps, we discover what movement feels like, what it does to your body, and how you can make it your own.

You bring what you’ve learned over the years, and translate it through your body in the moment. There is no single right way to move - only your way of moving, feeling and expressing.
